VILLA ARAS
Within walking distance to the sparkling and clean sea of Kalkan, 1.5 m to the beach, elegant restaurants and entertainment centers. The Villa Aras is located in the area of Kalkan with decent environmental conditions. Each room has air conditioning and everything has been designed with every need of our valued guests in mind. Our rental villa, which appeals to crowded families and friends groups, has 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 people. You can enjoy swimming in your private swimming pool accompanied by panoramic sea views and enjoy your coffee in the relaxation areas on the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and washbasin.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and washbasin.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, balcony.

4th Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and washbasin.

5th Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and washbasin.

Kitchen: American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, built-in oven set, 4-person table and chairs, exit to the pool floor.

Living room: Sitting group, TV, TV unit, coffee table, bookcase, table and chairs, exit to the pool floor.

Pool and Garden: Private swimming pool and garden by the pool; sun loungers, sun umbrella, table and chairs, barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 750 Turkish lira is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, broken or loss, the villa / apartment is checked 10 minutes before leaving the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

On the first day, check-in time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon, and the departure time is 10:00 in the morning on the last day. We would like to state that we cannot assist you if you arrive earlier than your villa / apartment check-in time, as the cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.
