Villa Asya-2

– Villa Asya-2; Located in Ortaalan, Kalkan, it is one of our rental cottages, which is within walking distance to the center, beach and markets, and has a sea view.

– Our villa with a capacity of 6 people has 3 bedrooms and both rooms have a shared bathroom and toilet.

– Asya-2 has an open kitchen with all the tools you need, a stylish and comfortable living room with modern and comfortable facilities.

– It is at the forefront for our crowded families and friend groups.

– The villa attendant takes care of the daily pool maintenance, garden maintenance and garbage of our villa.

– Our villas; On the first day, the entrance time to the villa is 16:00 in the afternoon. The last day check-out time from the villa is 10:00 in the morning. During these hours, the general cleaning of our villa is done. We would like to point out that if you check in to the villa early, we cannot help. We request you, our valuable holidaymakers, to enter and exit the villa at the specified times.

NOTE: IN HIGH SEASON, IT IS RENTED FOR MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS. FOR STAYS LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS, THE APPROVAL OF THE VILLA OWNER IS REQUIRED.

Bedroom Details
– 1. Bedroom ; 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet are shared outside the room.
– 2. Bedroom ; 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet are shared outside the room.
– 3. Bedroom ; There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, dresser, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen Detail
– American Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, refrigerator, microwave oven, 4-burner hob, oven, electric kettle, pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses.

Cleaning Status
– The villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition, if you request extra cleaning, new clean pillowcases, sheets, etc. If you want to provide these, these are provided for a fee.

Pool Detail
– There is a private swimming pool. Pool dimension details: Length: 7.80 mt Width: 3.90 mt Depth: 1.50 mt

Garden Detail
– There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, dining table and chairs.

Deposit Details
– 500 TL or equivalent to this fee, Euro, British Pound and US Dollars are taken as a deposit at the time of entering the villa for any damage or loss. If nothing happens, the villa will be returned to you on the day of your departure.
