Villa Buse Duo, which has 5 ensuit bedrooms all overlooking the sea view, has been designed by considering the comfort of crowded families and groups of friends. interior and exterior architecture, the size of the living space, the elegance of the first class materials and materials used will make you feel very special. Thanks to the central location of the villa, it is possible to reach restaurants, markets, city center and various activities easily. The villa is protected by a security system.

BEDROOMS

1st Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and bathroom-WC.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and bathroom-WC.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table and bathroom-WC.

4th Bedroom: 1 double king size bed, LCD TV, private jacuzzi, dresser, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom-WC.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom-WC.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and a balcony with sea view.

Pool: There is a jet stream system pool and a children’s pool. Pool dimensions 10.5 m. x 4.5 m. The depth is 1.5 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once a day by the staff.

Garden: There is a pool, barbecue, sunbeds, umbrellas and dining table in the garden of the villa.

Game Room: There are billiards, table football, air hockey, treadmill and exercise bike.

Kitchen: In the kitchen designed in the style of American kitchen, microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-hob, electric kettle, kettle, toaster, toaster, pots and pans, 12-person dinner. set, spoon and fork set and glasses.

Important notes:

– There is a free wi-fi connection throughout the villa.

– The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning is done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.

– Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our relevant personnel.

– A damage deposit of 1.000 TL is taken from all our customers at the villa entrances. The deposit will be returned to you in cash after the confirmation is not.
