Our Luxury Rental Villa Elite has a view of Kalkan and Kalkan islands and will make you feel yourself in a vast sea in the infinity pool. There is a shallow pool and jacuzzi system in the pool of our rental villa. Our villa, which has a contemporary and modern structure, awaits you and your loved ones for a quality holiday with all its splendor. Our villa has a large living room and a modern kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Kalkan has already gained a place among the most elite holiday rental villas.

BEDROOMS

1, Bedroom: Double master bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and sink.

2, Bedroom: Double bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, vanity table, nightstand, balcony, bathroom and sink.

3, Bedroom: 2 bedrooms for young people, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand, bathroom and washbasin.

4, Bedroom: Double bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, balcony, bathroom and sink.

5, Bedroom: In the basement, there is a double bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand, balcony, bathroom and washbasin.

Kitchen: The kitchen of our rental villa has a refrigerator, island kitchen table, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, micro wave oven, toaster and 10-person kitchen equipment and grounds.

Living Room: There is a modern sitting set, TV, DVD, internet, air conditioning, coffee table in the living room of our villa. There is an exit from our living room to the pool terrace.

Pool and Garden: Private swimming pool, shallow pool, dining table, sunbed, sunbed, patio, garden seating group, barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish lira is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, broken or loss, the villa / apartment is checked 10 minutes before leaving the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

On the first day, check-in time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon, and the departure time is 10:00 in the morning on the last day. We would like to state that we cannot assist you if you arrive earlier than your villa / apartment check-in time, as the cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it goes uphill.
