Holiday Rental Villa; It is located in Akbel locality of Kalkan district. Kalkan is 1.6 km from the center. The pool terrace is sheltered so that it cannot be seen from the outside. There is table football and table tennis on the pool terrace of our villa.

Villa Ferzan has 3 bedrooms and has been carefully, elegantly and luxuriously decorated for a capacity of 6 people. There is a jacuzzi in one bedroom of our villa. Our rental holiday villa also has a sauna and a cinema room. Villa Ferzan offers a peaceful and unforgettable holiday opportunity for honeymoon couples and nuclear families.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi and bathroom toilet.
2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning and bathroom toilet.
3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe. Outside the room, there is a common toilet and bathroom.

Note: An extra 500 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 6 nights in our villa.

Deposit

Other foreign currency worth 1000 Turkish Lira or broken, spillage, damage, loss, etc. The entrance to the villa is taken by the authorized person as deposit. If there is no problem, the number you have paid at the exit time will be returned to you in our holiday rental villa.
