Our luxury holiday villa with magnificent Kalkan and sea view in Kalkan Kızıltaş locality will fascinate you with its magnificent architecture and magnificent view. With its 5 bedrooms capacity of 10 people, it is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends.

Villa Moana has all options considered for you and your family to have an extremely comfortable and comfortable holiday, and you only need to choose our villa.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bedroom, air conditioner, vanity table, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom, washbasin and access to the pool terrace. Bedroom has sea view.

2nd Bedroom: Double bedroom, air conditioner, vanity table, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom, washbasin and balcony. Bedroom has sea view.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom, washbasin and balcony with sea view.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, nightstand, shared bathroom and washbasin.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, vanity table, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom and sink are common use.

Kitchen: American open plan kitchen; There are refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery and kitchen tools and equipment.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, air conditioner, TV, satellite, internet, coffee table, washbasin, dining table and chair in the living room of our villa.

Pool and Garden: There is a private swimming pool with jacuzzi in the garden of our villa and there is a pool terrace with magnificent sea view. There is a shower by the pool, sauna, sunbed, sun umbrella, private swimming pool, barbecue.

NOTE: Our Villa has a Sauna and a fee of 50 TL is charged for 2 hours of use for our guests who want to use it.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish lira is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, broken or loss, the villa / apartment is checked 10 minutes before leaving the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

On the first day, check-in time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon, and the departure time is 10:00 in the morning on the last day. We would like to state that we cannot assist you if you arrive earlier than your villa / apartment check-in time, as the cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it goes uphill.
