Villa Narin 7 is located in the region of Islamlar, a region of Kalkan town, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Antalya. It is one of 10 buildings whose architectural structure was specially designed. The villa is one of the delicate 7 twin buildings with identical designs. If you have thought of keeping the villa and could not find the date you are looking for, you can keep the twin villa. There is a jacuzzi in the villa. There are 2 pools in our villa, whose pools are specially designed. One is a private sheltered swimming pool in the garden and the other is a private heated pool that allows you to rent the villa even in winter. The pool of the villa is not visible from the outside. In our villas with pools, we do not guarantee that there is absolutely no visibility from the outside, our villas always have a minimum of avoidance.

Bedroom Detail:
1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, television, air conditioning, wc, jacuzzi and bathroom. There is an exit from the room to the garden and the pool.
2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, wc and bathroom.
There is an exit from the room to the garden and the pool.
Note: There is an iron and ironing board in the bedroom.

Living Room Details: Air conditioning, television, internet, satellite receiver, sofa set and dining table. We have an exit from the living room to the pool and garden.

Kitchen Detail: Dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, kettle, washing machine, oven, 4-stove, 4-person dinner set, microwave, spoon, knife, cutlery, pots, glasses and pans. We have an exit from the kitchen to the garden and the pool.

Pool Detail: The dimensions of the specially sheltered pool in the garden are 9.90 meters long 4.40 meters wide and 1.70 meters deep. The dimensions of the heated pool are 3.90 m long, 2.70 m wide and 1.30 deep. Pool maintenance and cleaning is done every day. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Garden detail: There is a nice area for sunbathing, a garden swing for 2 people, a swimming pool, a sunbed, an umbrella for sun protection, a barbecue and a table chair. Garden maintenance and cleaning is done every day.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. No additional fee is charged.

Since our villas are located in nature in terms of their location, spraying is carried out regularly. Nevertheless, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., which will not disturb the environment to a large extent. there is a possibility.

The roads of the Islamlar region are rugged and hilly in terms of its geographical structure. You need to have a car or rent a car for transportation.

Damage Deposit: Broken, spilled and lost etc. A deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance for the items. If there is no loss or problem, the fee will be refunded at the exit of the villa.
