Villa Omega is located in a village called Islamlar, a popular destination for couples and families looking for a busy road retreat and rural setting. The villa has a beautiful view against the countryside, but this villa was deliberately built as a secluded villa. You can enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset in the late evening. You can also admire the natural beauty of the nature of Islam. Villa Omega is a family business; This is the perfect villa for you as it can accommodate up to six guests in its three air-conditioned bedrooms. Villa Omega has enough to offer; private outdoor swimming pool, baby cot and villa privacy. Also a great getaway villa to enjoy relaxing with your family or friends.

Villa Omega is a 15-minute drive from Kalkan Center, where you can also find the health center and bus terminal. However, if you do not plan to travel far from the villa! – There is a market and a restaurant 2 km from the villa.

On the other hand, if you are planning to look for something to do or a place to sunbathe away from the villa, Kalkan Beach is the perfect place to go! – 10km away (15 minutes drive). Kalkan is a white pebble beach that is very popular with visitors and locals. The water is incredibly clear and calm, very good for snorkeling and swimming with kids. While you’re there you’ll find harbor front restaurants, shops and cafes within a 2-minute walk of the beach. Also, in the late evenings, Kalkan beach is a great place to watch the sunset with family / friends.

Ground floor

On the ground floor there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area that covers half of the ground floor area. There is a fully furnished lounge area with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, air conditioning and television. There is a dining table for six in the dining area. In the kitchen area, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave oven and fridge freezer. There is a sliding glass patio door that opens from the kitchen, dining and living area to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe. The toilet is outside the bathroom.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table. The toilet is outside the bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Master bedroom, 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, make-up table, TV, jacuzzi and balcony.

Outside

Walking towards the outdoor pool area there is a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, hammock, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of 500 TL is taken upon arrival at the villa, you may refuse to enter the property if you do not pay the damage deposit or are not paid in full.
The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of the rental period.
The purpose of taking the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa in case of any damage or loss.

VILLA ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Standard check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 10:00, respectively, unless otherwise specified.
The reason for the arrival and departure times is that the cleaning service team enters the villa and starts cleaning for the new arrival of the guests.
