Villa Palmiye – 1 is a rental holiday villa located in Patara area of Antalya Kaş Kalkan, very close to Patara Beach. Our villa has a capacity of 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. Designed for our conservative families, our villa has been sheltered for you. Our villa in nature awaits you to offer a tremendous holiday experience away from the noise of traffic. You can enjoy barbecue on the terrace with private pool and collect good memories with your loved ones.

Living Room & Kitchen: Our living room is in the form of an American kitchen and has a sitting group, TV and coffee table, dining table for 6 people, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in set, microwave oven, refrigerator and all detailed kitchen equipment.

Bedrooms;

1st Bedroom: Consists of a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: Consists of 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom.

Garden Terrace: In our sheltered garden; There is a dining table for 6 people, a sofa set, a sunbed, an umbrella and a barbecue.

Pool: 6, 5 mt. length of 3.5 mt. wide and 160 cm deep.

Deposit Details
– Euro, British Pound and US Dollars equivalent to 500 TL or this fee are taken as a deposit at the time of entering the villa for any damage or loss. If nothing happens, the villa will be returned to you on the day of your departure.
