It is one of our villas with a capacity of 4 people located in Patara area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya.

Villa Sekmen is a villa where you will have a pleasant holiday with your family and friends. Since the pool around our villa is sheltered and is not visible from the outside, you can have your holiday with your conservative family and friend groups with peace of mind.

General Information;

Electricity, water and bottled gas usage in our villa is included in the weekly fee. Our villa is delivered to you clean and with towels, linens etc. left in each room. The villa attendant maintains the pool and garden daily.

Room Information;

All of our rooms have a wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and hair dryer, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and Living Room Information;

There are enough kitchen tools to meet all your needs in our villa, as well as TV, sitting group, coffee table, etc. in our living room. items are available.

Pool Information;

Pool; With dimensions of 3.5 * 9 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters

Kiddie pool; It is 2 * 6 meters in size and 55 cm in depth.

Damage Deposit;

A cash deposit of 1.000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa and any damage, loss, etc. during your exit. If it is not encountered, it will be returned to you.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 7 nights during the summer season In case of approval from the villa owner, accommodation for less than 7 nights may be offered. For stays of less than 7 nights, an extra 300 TL cleaning fee is required.
